Shipping Policies and Returns

Many of our products are handmade and made to order. For custom items, sometimes the shipping allowance is 2 - 4 weeks. When an order is out of stock, it could take up to a week to replenish and then the item will be promptly shipped.

Shipping Options:

Please allow 24 hours for your order to be processed. We do everything possible to ship all in-stock merchandise the next business day. We will notify you immediately if an item is out of stock.

Most orders are shipped via United Parcel Service (UPS) or the United States Postal Service (USPS) at our discretion. International orders are usually sent via Global Priority.

Cancellation Policy:

Should you need to cancel or change an order that you have made, please email us immediately as most orders are shipped out within 24 hours after they are received.

We appreciate your patronage and work hard to give prompt and efficient attention to all orders.

Returns and refunds information:

RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Sorry, but we don't offer returns. We do however, offer exchanges or store credit if the product is returned to us within seven days of purchase and it's in it's original packaging, and it hasn't been washed or soiled. You will be credited your sale amount minus the shipping fees.

For children's furniture:

We think our products are pretty special, and hope you will to! However, if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange or return an item for a full refund of the purchase price within 14 days of delivery. Note: Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.

Herbal Products:

You may return any unopened product in new condition within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price less shipping charges. We cannot accept returns after 7 days. Of course, we will gladly pay the return shipping cost if the return is a result of our error.

Diaper Bags:

Oi Oi:

Please note that the sale of all sale item 5477 (Black Travel) is FINAL. Unfortunately, we can no longer accept returns or exchanges on this line.
 
Oi Oi does offer a no questions asked exchange policy on any faulty goods within 60 days of sale on any non-sale items.

Maternity Lingerie:

CANCELING ORDERS
We want you to be thrilled with your order so we ship as quickly as possible. But if your order has not yet shipped, we can cancel it for you.

All sales for lingerie are final.
